Sweet Fern are excited to announce the launch of Floris London. Floris was founded by Juan Famenias Floris and his wife Elizabeth. The couple moved to London from their hometown Menorca, an island of Spain overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The range has received praise from personalities such as Florence Nightingale, Oscar Wilde and Ian Flemming. Of the range Sweet Fern will be showcasing six carefully curated fragrances.

Bouquet De Le Reine a stunning white floral scent. It was originally made as a wedding gift from Mr Floris to Queen Victoria in 1840. In 1860 the fragrance was re launched to celebrate the golden jubilee of her majesty the Queen Elizabeth.
Cefiro is the most recently launched of the Floris range in 2001. This clean and clear fragrance combines citrus notes of lemon, lime and mandarin with a contrast of spices - nutmeg, cardamon and musk.

Night Scented Jasmine is a green, vibrant and rich complex of floral and green notes. Mr Floris created this fragrance based around the warm summer nights of the Mediterranean Sea. Jasmine was often lingering in the cool sea breeze.
Edwardian Bouquet is a fresh, earthy and spicy fragrance. This scent contains hyacinth, refreshing mandarin, ylang ylang sitting on a bed of patchouli and musk. Edwardian Bouquet was created in 1901 to celebrate a new era. When historians found the formula in family archives it was reintroduced in 1984.
In 1993 JF was released as a dedication to Juan Floris himself. The fragrance is a true representation of masculine character and is considered to be an aromatic fragrance. JF contains coriander, herbs, cypress and moss. This combination was inspired by the native fern and flora of Minorca.
No 89 is another classic aromatic of the Floris range. This contains lavender, neroli, nutmeg, musk and again oakmoss. No 89 is the street number of a Floris store found in Jermyn Street. In James Bond novels, he is referenced as wearing this sensual fragrance.
