Inspired by the Holy Cross Wilderness region nestled within Colorado's Rocky Mountains, including Mystic Island Lake and the Mount of the Holy Cross. (preserved as a designated Wilderness area in 1980. As it stands today, the Holy Cross Wilderness spans nearly 123,000 acres).

Warm sunshine on big riverside rocks, light breeze and tempting, running water. 1000 tiny flowers out in a field over there, leaning herbal. This is not a pine forward one like Brokilän, Snoqualmie or Ponderosa. The water’s edge is bigger than the flowers for me. I think I get a lot of the body of this from musk. It has a sweetness like pollen, not like sugar.
