Perfume Masterclass 

In an unfortunate instance where by an individual is unable attend the perfume masterclass with less than two weeks notice, Sweet Fern cannot refund the $55 booking cost. This is due to the limited number of bookings per class. You will however be able to redeem your booking fee against any fragrance of $169.00 or over within two weeks of the event.

Bridal Shower & Private Events

Private events require a $200 deposit to secure a date which is fully refunded on the day of the event. This can be paid anytime up to two weeks before the event. We do however, recommend it is made as soon as possible to ensure the date is secured. 

In an instance where the event must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and with two or more weeks notice, Sweet Fern will provide a full refund of the $200 deposit and ticket price individual payments made. If less than two weeks’ notice is provided we are unable to refund the deposit but as a courtesy will honour the individual payment of $65 toward a purchase of one bottle of perfume per person valued over $169.00 - this is also applicable for any individual who is unable to attend on the day of the event.
