Putain de Palaces opens with sweet notes of raspberry, mandarin, and rose. This is by no means sickly sweet, but rather growing into a light powdery iris (reminiscent of a luxurious lipstick or make-up compact), with mid notes of iris, tonka, and rice.  The dry down becomes more prevokatively sensuous thanks to the animalic base.  This fragrance performs well giving 6-8 hours of joy on your skin.
