I remember every step as an indelible mark.

The journey began in the city of Palermo, on the steps of a church, in a far-off September. 

I knew I was looking for something that would make me start to write and to smell. The constant scent of that threshold that I have never crossed is still in my olfactory memory. Palermo as the starting point, travelling to different places, in search of a meaning for the path. My destiny has marked an olfactory journey, on which the soul's duty is to walk, the major work has become travelling and doing research. Narcotico tells the beginning of a new cycle. A fragrance that becomes ritual, the first chapter of a new poetic-olfactory research path, the "Mystic Cycle". A physical and mental journey in holy places and transfigured by the human soul’s smell. The olfactory iconography is sought in the deep smell that like every memory brings to a path which has already been walked through by man, and experienced by our soul. Perfumes, scents, mingled mystical states that cover the body.Incense, Oud, Benzoin, Patchouli, Tonka Bean...The encounter with the sacred image, like any prayer is the cradle of our needs. Image after image, the gaze stops, the head bends on the perfumed resin.
